Welcome to IV League Drips. By accessing this website, booking an appointment, purchasing services, or enrolling in a membership, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Medical Disclaimer

IV League Drips provides IV therapy, aesthetic services, and wellness treatments under the direction of licensed medical professionals. Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. IV therapy and aesthetic treatments are elective wellness services and should not replace care from your primary healthcare provider.

All services are subject to medical approval. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if it is determined to be medically inappropriate.

2. Client Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to receive services. Certain treatments may require additional medical clearance. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful health information prior to receiving any service.

Failure to disclose relevant medical history, medications, or conditions may result in refusal of service and releases IV League Drips from liability.

3. Consultations and Treatment Plans

All services begin with an assessment or consultation. Treatment recommendations are based on the information you provide and professional clinical judgment. You acknowledge that results vary and no specific outcome is guaranteed.

4. Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged a cancellation fee or result in forfeiture of prepaid services.

IV League Drips reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to staffing, safety, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Memberships and Packages

Memberships require a minimum three month commitment. Membership fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable. Unused IVs or discounts do not roll over unless otherwise stated.

IV League Drips reserves the right to modify membership terms, pricing, or benefits with notice.

6. Payments and Refunds

All sales are final. Services, memberships, packages, and shipped products are non-refundable once purchased. Pricing is subject to change without notice.

7. Shipped-to-You Kits

Shipped wellness kits are provided following a virtual consultation and approval. You are responsible for following all provided instructions. IV League Drips is not liable for improper use, storage, or administration.

Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

8. Assumption of Risk

You understand that IV therapy, injections, and aesthetic services carry inherent risks, including but not limited to bruising, discomfort, allergic reaction, infection, or other complications. By receiving services, you voluntarily assume all associated risks.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IV League Drips, its owners, providers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or services.

10. Privacy

Your personal and medical information is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how your information is collected, used, and protected.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, branding, and logos, is the property of IV League Drips and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without written permission.

12. Changes to Terms
